Terms governing use of Noetro during service wind-down.
Service status
Noetro is operated by SciveFlow LTD. We have decided not to move forward with the product and have shifted focus to other work.
The service is no longer being actively developed or maintained. All usage is restricted, public sign-up is closed, and the project will not be served as an ongoing product.
We may change, limit, suspend, or shut down access at any time without notice.
Who may use the service
New users may only access Noetro with an explicit invite from us. By continuing to use the service, you confirm that you understand the product is winding down.
If you were already using Noetro before access was restricted, you may still be able to sign in, subject to the limits below.
Your responsibilities
You use Noetro at your own risk. Because development, security work, and compliance maintenance have stopped, you should not rely on the service for important or sensitive workflows.
You are responsible for exporting anything you need, revoking inbox permissions through your email provider, and deleting data you no longer want stored with us.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
No warranties
Noetro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SciveFlow LTD and Noetro's team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you did not pay for the service.
Accounts and termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for inactivity, risk, abuse, or operational reasons related to the wind-down.
Inactive accounts may be cleared in accordance with applicable regulations. As described in our Privacy Policy, full data deletion is intended to happen automatically after 7 days of not using the application.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
